Your suggestion was great. My procedure was scheduled for 1:00 pm today. Yesterday, at 3:00 pm they called and asked if they could change it to 9:00 today. With courtesy, I accepted. But then I thought about the interaction of seizure medication time and their new (what I consider inconsiderate business practice) procedure time, they wouldn't let me use the 1:00 pm. I went to the doctor's office as committed, but their questions were strange. They should have known the answers prior to them asking. They circled answers to my questions until I finally asked why the time change? The doctor said she had a commitment she just couldn't cancel. It seems once they thought more about working on me with my seizure condition, they decided they didnt want me as a patient. I did seek my neurosurgeon's opinion and he had no problem with the 1:00 pm time frame, but again, that was before this 9:00 a.m. change. I think it was a very poor business practice. Prejude again ?
