@njed Ed– The jury's out on the Stepper. I'm going to continue trying it, but with added caution: if my knee begins to holler, I'll step off of the Stepper. If that happens, it won't mean I'm giving up on the Stepper for all time. I'll be seeing my orthopedist in a few weeks and we'll be discussing further knee injections or is it now time for a TKR. While injections help with day-to-day living, it might take a TKR to redone once and for all with knee pain. At which time, the Stepper may still prove to be a useful tool. So, we'll see. –Ray

@ray666 When I'm using the Stepper I am usually slowly moving my feet up and down, sort of like I walk in real life ☹️. It's good to hear you have an upcoming appointment with your orthopedist. I do think it strengthens the feet and ankle muscles but if you have knee issues or ankle problems it may be worth a discussion with your Ortho to see if it's hurting or helping.

@ray666 Just curious, have you tried the KT strips? I tried them a month ago and the knee pain level decreased by about 40% which I found to be phenomenal. At first, I thought how can these things work. No meds involved? I then asked a few folks who have used them and found a general decline in knee pain level.
