@cressida92 I’m also on the three as that is what my Dr prefers. I don’t produce mucus but plugs show up in my scans and during the bronchoscopy. I like my Dr and hope/ feel that if nothing else the saline provides some benefit so continue with nebulizing with the 3%.

@cressida92 Mine is .9% saline and levalbuteral 2x day with aerobika. I hate that aerokika! But it is all helping a lot. Best wishes.
