@njx58 , thank you for letting me know. I had no idea my D3 levels were so low until my retired nurse friend wanted to see my blood work guessing they must be low for one of the reasons I have Osteoporosis. She was right. Since I saw a new nurse practitioner for my physical this year, I asked her to look at my D3 levels. She said they seen to be even lower than last year. Just take a little ore D3. My nurse friend wants me to take way over 5,000 D3 per day to catch up but I don't want to take a toxic level. I am only 4'9" tall. Thank you for letting me know 4,000 IU per day caught you up to what you should be and now 3,000 IU per day is your maintenance level. I appreciate you for sharing.
