Here is an interesting number: Xgeva injection can cost between 3500 and 4500 dollars, each.
Cancer is a business, each patient represents 10s of thousands of dollars. When they deliver my Nubeqa, on the top of the receipt it is listed at : 21,000 dollars for a 1 month supply. WTF? That is 175 dollars PER pill.... I take 4 pills a day. Have to say I dont think Im worth that kind of money.....especially in my weaken state...lol.
ADT. ARPI. Chemo. Radiation. Surgery. Tests. Scans. MRIs. the list is long, life is short, time to walk the dogs.

@stage4lovolmetpc With the discounts the insurance company gets it is only $100-$125 per pill.
Almost all bone medication works by inhibiting the action of osteoclasts. These remove old bone so this results in the bones becoming fossilized. Therefore, they are more brittle and more likely to fracture. This is slightly better than the osteoporosis hollowed out bones but may not be better than osteopenia. Impact exercise combined with calcium supplements are better for prevention.

I’m a little puzzled here I’ve been getting Nubeqa For three years now and it’s $12,600 Lately it was a little over $13,000 at one point early on. What you are quoting is way over that.
When I checked the web, it says $16,000-$19,000 without insurance.
Where are you at that you’re seeing $21,000?

@stage4lovolmetpc yea..its all big $$$$..and of course we all want to believe our docs are thinking of us and what is best but deep down I think some are thinking of how they gonna pay for their lake house, maeserati, side girl condo..etc...oh look here comes another desperate PC victim with great insurance..lets take him and his insurance to the limit !
