@kujhawk1978 I have had a similar experience. No incontinence even early after the catheter came out. I wore pads for a couple of days, but they were dry, so I stopped wearing them. The nurse who removed the catheter gave me some links to YouTube Kegel videos. I watched them, tried them a couple of times, but found I didn't need to do them so I stopped.
Did the surgeon do the Retzius procedure? To be honest, I don't know. I just wanted the damn cancer out ASAP and was ready to accept incontinence if that happened. I went to a top-notch hospital and had a top-notch surgeon and left that in the hands of the team.
i know the statistics and can't promise anyone will have this outcome, but it's certainly possible.

My surgery was in March 2014, I was still in my ignorant phase so wouldn't have known enough to ask the question.
Given the time frame, doubt it. Robotic surgery was "new."
My surgeon had done about 3,000 of the surgeries (depressing if you think about it...) so I was comfortable. Like you, I was prepared to accept ED and some incontinence for the trade off, "cure...!
Alas, I got the first two, not the latter.
