Can you clarify what you mean by high vitamin D ? Because of supplements you take? When my vitamin D went high my doctor told me to stop.

@sbelur yes excess d causes hypercalcemia. Meaning too much calcium in blood. Only happens from supplements. I used to get mine measured monthly. Just money needed. Sunny climate means more d made in skin.
