Thanks, been that route already. With Jardiance, there is a huge list of items one can't use. Also somemy other meds, I had to do without also.
This shows you're doing your homework.
You might look into magnesium though.😎

Sorry. I meant my response to be for “pht1123”.

pht1123 original post = “Has anyone tried Cylon Cinnamon capsules to help with glucose control for DM II? Don't know if this is all hype or real and do not want to do anything harmful.”

Now responding to “benwa1950” = I’m sorry to hear you can’t take certain supplements due to current interactions with your Jardiance. My endocrinologist had me on Jardiance years ago and I experienced debilitating UTIs. I never knew a UTI could be so bad, but that is one of the side effects they mention.

My endocrinologist switched me to Farxiga and I stopped having UTIs. Not sure if this will work for you, but would you consider asking your endocrinologist? Then you may be able to try the supplements I mentioned earlier which my endocrinologist recommended and have helped to lower my blood sugar AND lose weight.

You suggested magnesium. I take magnesium glycinate, but not for my diabetes. It helps me to sleep = promotes muscle relaxation + nerve health + quiets busy mind.
