Extraordinarily excruciating pain. I knew I was dying. I was in Old Town in San Diego. The ambulance was there within 2.5 minutes. I was transported to ER first, stabilized, and then transported to surgery in La Jolla six miles away. It was the MOST PAINFUL thing I have ever experienced.
