@mjb24 I did not know you had to take your probiotic separately? I take mine with my antibiotic in the am and my magnesium, allergy meds , and heartburn med and vitamin D

@kasper1 The reason for not taking a probiotic at the same time as we take an antibiotic or too soon afterwards is to prevent the antibiotic from destroying the good bacteria from the probiotic before it can reach our gut.
