I am glad I read this original question, bclane,- as I said , husband takes Mag Glycinate. I had time to read about L-Threonate this morning and am very interested in trying this- either after talking to our functional/integrative practitioner or before as we won't meet with her until Oct. 7; we could do a six weeks trial within that time.
Hope we hear from anyone else who has tried it.
