That is one fortunate thing for you that you are able to eat without having your pain increase. I really hope you come across a Doctor who has an insight into the cause of your problem and a solution. I have noticed that a lot of Doctor's who specialize in SIBO are ones who have had it themselves. Digestion is so complicated and few Doctors are willing to spend the time to get down into the weeds with you to figure out a solution.

Thanks. My main problem is because of my Short Bowel Syndrome. My doctors don't know how to treat my Short Bowel Syndrome condition. So I continue to suffer all the time with constant upper left abdominal pain.
