Sounds a lot like nerve damage to me. Last year I was involved in an accident that left me with slight tingly and numbness in my left hand and wrist, nerve spikes in both hands and forearms. Gabapentin was the drug I was given for pain relief, at first I was taking 100mg tabs 4 times a day with mostly good results. Over the past year I was able to drop down to 1 tablet a day. My research indicated that prolonged use of Gabapentin would not be a good for me so I looked into CBD cream. I was pointed to a product sold on Charlottes Web. After a weeks trial I found that one application before bed would last about 10-12 hours which was adequate for my needs. If your interested I can send a link.
