@sjde53 low-dose naltrexone works for me. Brought back about 50% of my energy and minimized the need to rest until about 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I can now walk about 7/10 of a mile each morning. I still have to pace myself religiously or I will crash. Side effects are minimal but you absolutely need to start at a very low dose and work up extremely slowly. Doctor started me at 1.5 mg increasing 1.5 mg every month to my current dose of 5 mg each day. Some people with Long Covid have to start at an even lower dose… Like .5 mg or .05 mg. I did not see a substantial change in my energy until about the third month. I’ve been on it over a year now and I will probably never stop. It has given me a good share of my life back.

@vostie Thank you.
I happen to be on naltrexone for a different reason and I started at 8 mg and had no problem .
And I am usually one who has G.I. issues with new meds. I had no side effects at all.
