@ennaoj44 Thank you for the kind words of encouragement. I will continue to post about my healing journey. I actually had no choice but to have the surgery because the tears progressed from partial to full complete tears which became debilitating.

Question? So it might be that you had a gluteus maximus transfer? This is the process for repair of a full thickness tear of the gluteus medius, minimus is much easier to repair. Please share type of surgery you had to mend tears. Thank you.
