@jozer Similar story. I started getting joint pain at month 5 of Evenity and it increased to month 9 when I quit. I followed up with Reclast which I had taken before with no problems. But...within a day the pain in my right wrist increased significantly then my left. Fortunately, like your experience, the pain decreased over a year or so. I have a good 80-90% recovery. Of course, I'm in my late 70's so some could be aging. I took weekly Actenol after that. I figured with its' 30 day half life if there was a problem I could just stop. It didn't bother me. I'm on a drug hiatus now and I'm seriouly considering taking only Forteo or Tymlos, bone builders, if I take anything at all.
For what it is worth, most people have no or very little problems with Evenity or Reclast. It just varies from person to person.
By the way my spine improved from -3.9 to -3 but more importantly to me the trabecuar bone density, measure of bone quality, went to normal. So a good result.

@ann707
How was the trabecular bone measured and if you recall from what to what did it improve? Thx
