Be very careful. Cinnamon is a blood thinner. How is your A 1c?
I'm on Jardiance and Monjourno 2.5. My weight gets in the way but all is well now. From 349 to 118 average in 5 weeks plus 30 pound weight loss. Maybe ask you MD.

For me cinnamon didn’t lower my blood sugar.

If you’re looking for supplements, my endocrinologist recommended 2 supplements = Dihyro-Berberine + Alpha Lipoic Acid.

I googled these and was impressed with the information.

Dihydro-Berberine = “may support weight management, boost circulation, enhance digestive health, and promote heart wellness”.

Alpha Lipoic Acid = “body produces small amounts and is found in every cell in body. Most important job is to turn food into energy. 600-1800 mg/day can potentially boost body’s ability to use its own insulin to lower blood sugar”.

I realize supplements are NOT regulated by FDA, so I definitely don’t take any supplement unless my doctor has suggested it.

For 4 months I’ve been on these 2 supplements + I’m on Mounjaro 15 mg (started lowest dose 11-2025 and gradually went up to top dose 5-2026) + logging my low carb/high protein/ medium fat/low calorie in Carb Manager app (free app) + recumbent biking. I’ve lost over 30 pounds PLUS my A1C went from 7.1 to 6.4.

For me this is working. It may not work for everyone. I encourage you to research on your own plus find an endocrinologist who is proactive and helps you think outside the box for solutions to all your health issues.

And keep posting your wins and solutions here. 👍😁
