@pidge32 it is an oder eliminator made by Hollister, and should be available wherever you get your ostomy supplies (and also Amazon). It also comes in a deoderizer spray and a decrystalizer formula for urostomys.

Hey, M9 is a deodorizer liquid made by Hollister. It is bright blue and stains fabric, but it works well. Don’t get the spray by mistake. That’s for freshening the air.
I’m sure there are other brands that work well. I’m starting to look past Hollister products to Coloplast. I’ve heard good things about their equipment.
