@ckeintz Thank you for your telling me more about your diagnosis and your questions about ovarian cancer.
Yes, I wonder why your cancer care team does not order periodic imaging - CT with contract or a PET/CT or PET/MR. When I had a recurrence of endometrial cancer that my nurse practitioner found on my vaginal cuff (it was little tiny polyp like growth that she removed and sent to pathology where it was identify as a recurrence), I had a PET/MR to look for any signs of cancer anywhere else. Fortunately for me at the time the results were negative and showed no signs of disease.
Here is some information about ovarian cancer, stages, and places where ovarian cancer may spread. MD Anderson in Texas and Moffett Cancer Cancer Care Center in Florida are both comprehensive cancer care centers and their information is valid and reliable. Both are NCI (National Cancer Institute)-Designated Cancer Centers.

Did you have a hysterectomy when diagnosed? Might you ask your cancer care physician for imaging?
