@jeffmarc thank you for the response....I feel totally helpless in this situation. I'm having spine surgery next month and he will be the one taking care of me. I'm afraid with his issues, it might be too much and maybe we should postpone my surgery.

Talk to your urologist and try to get a prescription for one of the drugs. I tried 1 25mg Myrbetriq And it wasn’t sufficient but taking one in the morning and one of the evening works great. It usually takes a couple of weeks before it really works the best.
@northoftheborder had the same experience with the same drug.
