@jozer Yes, the whole thing is madness. I opted for Liftmor and increased protein/calcium diet. Declined all medication. I've never been happier.

Guess it depends on how bad off you are. Great for osteopenia or maybe mild osteoporosis but many are finding out this is not a one size fits all disease treatment
