@californiazebra Jeez...one can't win! I'm taking about 250 mg of calcium citrate/day because I know that my yogurt, kefir, greens are simply not meeting my recommended calcium intake. But reading your experience makes me wonder if I should reduce it even more. My cardiologist said no more than 500 mg of calcium in supplement form for heart health. Kidney stones are the worst. Have seen my husband suffer with them.

I was taking vivactin caramel chews. AI just said back then the instructions were up to 2 chews a day so maybe I took two a day then? Don’t remember. My brothers and mother also had kidney stones so maybe we’re just prone to them? I have a 7mm stone that has been growing slowly for 25 years. I hope it’s a homebody! Yikes!
