You might not be getting necessary dose to be effective doing that. Can you get a volunteer to help give them to you? I understand I’m lucky I have my husband do them for me…I’m not sure I could do it either.

@osteopatient2026 I tried to count to ten. Made it to five. I will call the educator to find out. That APRN showed me how with a sample pen and that’s how she did it to herself. Bingo! Look how easy it is. It’s a measured dose. I have to be getting the drug but hopefully it’s still mostly effective. Thanks for your consideration.
