That looks like 12.5 percent. But it would be good if you did the math to double check my mine. The Ashton Manual recommends 5 to 10 percent every two to four weeks. I am opting for a four week hold. I think it depends on how sensitive your nervous system is. Mine if very and I have had a paradoxical response to the medication which meant it really never made me very calm. If yours is sensitive I would very much recommend going slower than that cut. You can always start smaller and see how you do. Better to have success with your first cut than end up feeling so awful that you might get so discouraged you do not want to continue.
The best thing is a patient lead taper as you know your body's response better than anyone else.
As for suffering, I have had the usual with inter dose withdrawal -- nausea, bladder control issues, shaking, hip pain, but everyone is different. Some people can stay on it for years and those things never bother them.
