@osteopatient2026 One thing I didn't realize the first time I tried the pen: when you press the plunger all the way down, you can stop pressing. It stays down. That makes it easier to count to ten.

@njx58 I don’t count to ten. I plunge it in and get it over with. The fact that I am even using a needle to give myself an injection is a small miracle. I take anti-anxiety med before I do it because it is so difficult for me.
