@silversurfer51: it is puzzling but often impossible to find the source of melanoma of unknown primary (MUP) due to speculative theories such as spontaneous remission. MUP is rare, occurring in about 4% of cases, and interestingly happens more often in men.
Glad to hear your hip replacement went well! I’ll be having removal of previously placed pins from a fall sustained in 2018 requiring a posterior approach on the 4th of next month. So it will be delayed birthday gift…actually delayed since last November due to other health issues at that time so I’m really looking forward to it!
