Are you talking about buildup around the stoma? Inside the pouch sealand apparatus?
If that’s what you’re dealing with, using a combo of the M9 and the adapt lubricant works up to a point. But you gotta get it in the pouch first.
I keep squirt bottles like empty deodorizer bottles on the back of the commode. I use those to put water inside the pouch. I alsodon’t squeeze the poop out out like toothpaste. I try to just help it out the best I can, let gravity do as much as possible.
So once I get out all I can that way, I squirt four or five good gentlesquirts of water inside the pouch, let the first fold take hold at the outlet so it doesn’t purge until you are ready. Holding the outlet up a little bit, rinse the bag out. It’s a little tricky, but it sure does help. I’ll do this two or three times working my way up to where the stoma enters the pouch apparatus.
I’ve been doing it for about a month now with great success other than a couple of messes around the commode as I still have neuropathy a bit it makes it easy to be a fumble fingers.
But when you do it right and you don’t make a mess, it only takes a dab of toilet paper to clean it up at the closure.
A tiny bit of each deodorizer liquids and it is a great failing to be cleaned out top to bottom.
It has no effect on the seal. It’s just water.

@charlescarnohan thanks for the tips. I'm tagging in @pidge32 since she is the one who is having the issue.

@charlescarnohan
Thank you.
What is M9. Can’t remember of ever hearing of it.
