Has anyone not used medication after First Dexa scan spine -2.8?

Thank you for your support. I’m hoping to find another doctor. They all will want to start some sort of medication. I don’t think any doctor would support supplements and exercise only unless it’s a homeopathic practitioner

@rose140 Most of them do, but that just isn't enough, especially if the osteoporosis is severe. Mine all recommend supplements and exercise IN ADDITION to the bone shots. Weight bearing exercise is very important. Good luck in finding the right doctor you trust.
