I don't know whether this will be helpful as I have been on .5 for about seven months. It seems as if the cut they had you take was way to much for your nervous system.
Also, I am still getting ready to taper. I switched to compound capsules with a mircrocryltaline filler and now I am going very slowly to three instead of two doses a day to smooth out the uncomfortable inter dose withdrawal and plan to start my cuts at 2 percent every four weeks on a hyperbolic curve. I cannot suffer any more and though it will take a long time, to go this slow is worth it. I hope you find a plan that works for you.
