Please do your research about B6, as too much of it can CAUSE neuropathy! B12 is the B vitamin that helps. @carolynpatten also B1 is the reason I developed neuropathy they were only checking my B6 and B12 after my Bariatric surgery I started falling and developing neuropathy it was the third time I was in a rehab center because I was falling breaking bones and neuropathy I had no B1 in my system they started giving me shots of it but the neuropathy never went away I was 32
