I’ve been looking into natural male-vitality supplements myself, and one I came across is Jeemya Men’s Vitality. It contains things like Tongkat Ali, maca, L-arginine, ginseng, and zinc, which are used to support male vitality, energy, stamina, and healthy circulation.
I wouldn’t expect a supplement to work like an ED medication or claim that it will restore desire, but I like the idea of supporting general vitality rather than jumping straight to something stronger. That said, at 78 I’d definitely talk with your doctor before taking anything—even something natural—because “natural” doesn’t automatically mean risk-free, and some supplements can interact with medications. Your doctor can also check whether the loss of desire or erection is coming from an underlying issue that should be addressed.
You can check out this one and see its ingredients and tell you doctor about it:

@medoo Ah, yes, erections. I can vaguely remember them. Interestingly, occasionally when I am watching an R-rated film with some scantily-clad beauties running around, I will feel "Dick" starting to rise. However, it's short-lived. I refuse to watch porn. Two bodies pushing back and forth while "screams of ecstasy ring out". Idiotic stuff.
