Littleoaks52, I get where you’re coming from with psilocybin and aging. I’ve actually been looking into NAD+ for a similar reason. NAD+ is naturally involved in cellular energy production and other processes related to cellular health, so the science behind it makes more sense to me from an aging perspective.

I’ve been taking a NAD+ supplement for a little over a month now, and personally I’ve noticed that I feel a bit more energetic and focused during the day. I’m not saying it’s an anti-aging cure or anything like that, but I’ve enjoyed it enough to keep it as part of my routine. There’s still a lot we need to learn from human research, so I’d definitely talk with a doctor before adding something like this, especially if you’re taking medications.

You can read more about it here: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/body/nad-nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide
And that is what I have been trying: https://www.jeemya.com/products/nad-supplement-30-servings

I don't see where the Cleveland clinic article recommends supplement over diet. Was the supplement you referenced recommended to you?
