Issues after Nissen fundoplication revision

I have had 2 Nissan Fundoplications in the last 20 years, my last 8 years ago.
I have started having all to symptoms again went to doctor and now have Type III para, esophageal hiatal hernia.
Stomach chest pain, pains reflux, regurgitation issues. Surgeon in Denver is trying to refer me to a specialist for third time surgery.
Any advice would be helpful
