@cliffdweller, thanks. I will read Keith McCormick's book to get better educated on supplements, etc. Dr. Doug Lucas's 2026 supplement recommendation included NBI's Osteo-K supplements. There are three variations of this supplement--Osteo-K; Osteo-K minis; and Osteo-MK4. The latter follows the Japanese dosage of 45,000 mcg per day. Osteo-K has less at 22,500 mcg. Interestingly, none of the three includes K2 in the form of MK-7. I am taking much less at 5,000 mcg. I have never tried Fortibone, but I'll take your word for it.
