@cliffdweller, thanks! I considered taking the same TriAmino from NOW foods, but decided to try higher dosages for MK-4 and MK-7. I take NOW's standalone MK-7 which has 100mcg and Carlson's standalone MK-4, which has 5,000 mcg. The studies referenced in Dr Doug Lucas' podcast features K-2 that contains 15,000 mcg of MK-4 per meal, for a total of 45,000 mcg per day. Apparently, that's the dosage prescribed in Japan that has successfully reversed or improved osteoporosis T-scores.

I just started taking PerfectAmino and look forward to seeing its impact on my efforts to gain more muscle, which I need for my Onero exercises.

I’m not sure on how much to take. I haven’t really done a deep dive on that yet. I do know that Keith McCormick recommends taking smaller doses of the K’s. I know he addresses it somewhere in the Great Bones book. I’m following (to some extent) his recommendations on supplements. The one I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get on a routine with is Collagen (Fortibone) I’ve tried different kinds and even the unflavored ones I can’t stand the taste and smell of to the point of nearly gagging. I can’t imagine those who are able to put it in their coffee and drink it. Major yuck. I don’t think I’ll be able to get on board with that one.
