@cliffdweller - I am 73 yrs old. Edit to my DXA numbers post: spine went from -3.5 to -1.0--still impressive; Evenity is known for its increase in the spine. It was the first bone drug I've ever taken and I did so reluctantly.

I did the 8 mo of OP exercises at a local medical/wellness facility. I do take most of the recommended supplements of D3, K2, calcium, magnesium & other trace minerals. I don't eat much dairy, so I do take supplemental calcium. I've downloaded the recommended free version of Cronometer, but have yet to use it consistently to track my daily calcium. The point is to take only supplemental calcium if you haven't consumed enough thru food intake.
