I have atypical carcinoid to the lung G2 ki 67 10 %. Stage 4. After 4 different drs I finally have a NET specialist with a multidisciplinary team.
Tomorrow is Bland Bead TAE on the right lobe of my liver; left side in 6 weeks (?) There is no Histotripsy in Nebraska.
Everolimus 2.5mg is next as soon as the extreme hair loss tapers. I’m trying to give my immune system a chance to recover.

I had a feeling it was atypical. My typical is Ki-67 2% — very slow growing. Too bad about no histotripsy in NE. I don’t suppose you could travel somewhere for that? I know it’s a big deal and exhausting to travel when you’re not feeling well plus expensive. Prayers that your treatments go well and bring you some relief. ❤️
