@boomermeg when are you taking the prednisone morning or evening. If you take it at night you will have issues sleeping!

Hi. I take mine early, try for 7:30am.
Only time I tried at 1pm was for a split per Dr to see if it covered remaining pain/symptoms for left shoulder arm and upper back especially waking me up w pain.
(first split 4pm,as I didn't know, of course, big mistake).
I only take it early am.
I just saw yesterday someone said it worked best for them to take just before bed! I don't think that'd work for me but I've never tried it.
It seems like everyone's PMR can be different, just as our responses to Prednisone, or any medication, are.
