Priming Tymlos pen?

If you are “starting” the primer every time you go to inject yourself by pushing the injector with your thumb all the way till it stops…you are also ejecting the Tymlos dose.

You will have used up all of your Tymlos in 15 days approximately rather than the 30 days you need for each box of Tymlos. That is a very expensive use of it…just priming the pen is to remove the air between the liquid and the needle on the first use of the pen only…very rarely do you need to do this more than once…call your Tymlos nurse and tell them you may have a defective pen.

@osteopatient2026 I thought my injection pen was going down faster than it should. Thanks for that information, but it’s the only way I can do it.
