I don’t understand why you didn’t include links to articles. Yes, testosterone is useful in higher grade prostate cancer, But for initial treatment ADT can work to reduce Metastasis and stop spread for almost everybody. It’s mainly the people that are resistant to hormone therapy that can get a benefit from higher testosterone.

I would like to see you post a link to something that Has a different point of view.
