I have had to stay away from dairy and have instead substituted with yogurt made with sheep milk. The calcium in sheep milk is higher. A 6 oz. container has 390 mg which is 30% of daily value. I also eat feta cheese and I use almond milk when I need to add any milk to a recipe. For other calcium, I use Algecal Plus from algecal.com which has 360mg of calcium, and Osteoporosis-K from NBI which has 500mg calcium, vitamin K2 as K2 and MK4.

@gigi4 Interesting I may have to look into Algecal; has a lot of good press here and seems to have an appropriate amount of supplements. I think the 1200 calcium may be too much for some of us? One doctor told me she thought it was, but it is the protocol. Problem is the protocol isn't necessarily for all of us!
