According to AI - "Most supporting data comes from small or observational studies. Large randomized controlled trials—the gold standard in medicine—lack definitive proof that D3 and K2 reduce vascular calcification or heart disease"

Large controlled trials require large funding and most supplements are not large money makers like new prescription drugs. Established prescription drugs that are being used off label are also not usually the subject of large clinical trials. The bottom line is, if you're being monitored by a doctor for any condition/concern then it's best to follow their advice or find a new doctor that you trust. I take D3 on the advice/request of my cardiologist based on my semiannual blood work that he orders. I don't take K2 because he doesn't recommend it. I'm taking eliquis due to my stroke risk with AFib and I eat enough healthy greens. On a side note, AI is not 100% accurate. You can debate an AI app and win.
