@ruffianfan55 Yes, I’ve had a similar response. You are not that far from completing treatment and staying engaged with “everything breast cancer” is probably pretty normal.
I was diagnosed in 2022. I spent immense amount of time reading about bc treatment and outcomes and this forum. As time has passed I’ve spent less time. Although I had a second surgery in 2024, purely reconstruction, which got me back to spending more time, and then another pre-cancer concern, not bc, that spiked more intense reading.
Hormone therapy can reduce energy and cause low moods - which I think was part of the reason I got so caught up in reading the forum and research. Getting up and engaging in life was more difficult to do. So it might be a side affect of the AI causing you to choose an activity like reading forums vs activity.
