I also bought an Embr Wave 2 and followed @jeffmark's excellent instructions on how to set it up. It has been a blessing at night, I sleep very well I usually only wake up once to pee (although I'm only on Orgovyx at the moment, I don't start RT until the 26th). I don't usually use it during the day, but I did start wearing it to church as half way through Mass, even with a pretty cool A/C running I start to sweat. I hit the 5 minute button and it usually keeps things in check, although I still need to wipe my forehead with a Kleenex.
