@galec I prefer the Aeroclipse because it has the breath actuator setting so nothing is released until I breath in. I found it difficult to tolerate the saline nebs when using the Pari and having the steady steam constantly coming at me, also, I am not wasting saline or medication in between inhales or when stopping to cough. Another advantage is that I can attach the Aerobika to the Aeroclipse so I am using the Aerobika while nebbing saline to save some time and. I boiled the parts initially and they held up fine but then switched to a baby bottle sterilizer which I find much easier and the Aeroclipse cups do fine in that also. Wishing you all the best.
