@osteopatient2026 With the syncope? I go completely out…no dizziness, but I can feel it coming so I can sit or lie down first. As soon as I go out (get prone), I come to because the blood comes back to my head. I’ve seen an actual doctor (cardiologist) for it. It’s benign…neurological…not caused by a physiological or cardiology issue. My brain tells my heart to restrict blood and when the heart restricts it, it restricts it from the brain too…out I go. It’s genetic/familial given that my brother has it too.
