I’m not sure what you mean by “ My testosterone was even in my question.” Is it possible you meant to say it is not in your question?.

The thing is testosterone is what is causing the problem? Once you get your testosterone up the fatigue and other side effects from ADT usually go away.

Mid 60s is way too low, but it may continue to increase and normally it does. The problem is that at your age it usually does come back slower. When I quit at 77 it took eight months for mine to hit 50, though I had been on it for seven years the time.

Get your testosterone level, checked regularly. If it doesn’t rise significantly within the next six months, then you can get testosterone replacement therapy.

@jeffmarc thank you yes, testosterone wasn't even in my question.

Is a lack of testosterone the cause of all this discomfort? I don't know, and I am starting to think that this is affecting my heart. And certainly not getting good sleep isn't good

I want to see an endocrinologist. It doesn't seem anyone else has
