@janiceem Once you were out of bed, how long did the pain last? Did you have any pain during the day after you were sitting still for a while?

@s1m My pain disappeared as soon as I was vertical and it never bothered me during the day, even after sitting. I don't know what it is about being horizontal, but all of my problems are worse when I am laying down! I also have vasomotor rhinitis that only bothers be when in bed. Go figure.
