@bharris202
Have you had your sodium checked? Also drinking just water (a lot) actually can flush the electrolytes (which includes sodium) right out of your system causing dizziness, headaches and…syncope (fainting).
Gently offered a great tip, at least it worked for me…drink some water and have a salty pretzels or crackers 45minutes before to have some “fluids on hand” for your system so it doesn’t get over taxed like your kidneys…

@osteopatient2026 Yes, I read through lots of advice over the last few weeks and I'm so thankful for how much I've learned here. I did do 4 clicks last nite--my B/P was actually fine, no dizziness, but a horrible headache and nausea all night so I didn't sleep much. I'm going to try it at the same time tonight and see how it goes. Maybe try the am if the nausea continues.

I normally do drink tons of water so that's easy enough, but I'll definitely try the salty snack if I switch to the ams.

Thanks so much for the input!

@osteopatient2026 My sodium is fine. My syncope issue is neurological in nature (hereditary), my brother has it too. My trigger is mild dehydration, my brother’s trigger is severe cold.

I guess I’m not like others. I can drink 8-12oz of water just before bed, take my Tymlos, also take my trazadone for insomnia and not have any issue with needing to pee nor getting up dizzy or drowsy. No two people are the same.
