@gently I have a syncope issue…meaning if I get mildly dehydrated, I pass out. So I drink lots of water throughout the day and even before going to bed. I’ve never had an issue with getting up after two hours being “sleepy and dizzy”. No two people are the same.

we are all different. For most healthy adults the time frame from drinking a glass of water to the stretching of the bladder resulting in urge is 60 to 90 minutes.
Drinking the water is advised in the interest of mitigating the low blood pressure effect of this medication in order to mitigate the cardiac workload and the vascular headaches.

Have you had your sodium checked? Also drinking just water (a lot) actually can flush the electrolytes (which includes sodium) right out of your system causing dizziness, headaches and…syncope (fainting).
Gently offered a great tip, at least it worked for me…drink some water and have a salty pretzels or crackers 45minutes before to have some “fluids on hand” for your system so it doesn’t get over taxed like your kidneys…
